Abstract
The present Directive lays down some amendments as regards the characteristics and conditions to be met by certain vegetables (such as tomatoes, cabbages, beans) and agricultural commodities (wheat, maize or other agricultural plant species) at the time of official examinations. In accordance with article 1 of this Directive, Directive 72/168/EEC shall be amended as follows: article 1 shall be replaced; in Annex I, points 2, 9, 12, 13, 14, 26, 29 and 33 shall be deleted; in Annex II, Part A, points 2, 9, 12, 13, 14, 26, 29 and 33 shall be deleted. Article 2 amends article 1 and certain parts of Annexes I and II to Directive 72/180/EEC.
