Abstract
For the purposes of Regulation 5 of the European Communities (National Catalogue of Agricultural Plant Varieties) Regulations 2002 (S.I. No. 525 of 2002) the minimum conditions for acceptance by the Minister shall be: (a) for the purposes of distinctness, stability and uniformity, satisfaction of the conditions set out in Article 1(2) of the Directive, (b) for the purposes of value for cultivation or use, satisfaction of the conditions set out in Article 1(3) of the Directive, or (c) a variety to which the provisions of Article 6 apply.
