European Communities (Classification, Packaging and Labelling of Pesticides) (Amendment) Regulations, 1987.

These Regulations amend existing Regulations on pesticides in a number of respects including: (a) prescribing a scale of fees for the clearance of pesticides; (b) requiring advance written notification of intended importation of pesticides; (c) prohibiting the placing of the market of pesticides if the container has been interfered with; and (d) making further provision for sampling by authorized officers.
