These Regulations amend the European Communities (Control on Mussel Fishing) Regulations 2008 by deleting, in the Schedule, paragraph (u)(inserted by the European Communities (Control on Mussel Fishing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2009. By doing so, they provide for the re-opening of a specified mussel seed fishery.
