Abstract
These Regulations prohibit the fishing for mussel seed in the area prescribed by these Regulations except under an aquaculture licence and prohibit the buying, handling, weighing, transhipment, transportation, landing, processing, storage or sale of mussel seed that has been caught or harvested in contravention of these Regulations. These measures are introduces for purposes of protecting the environment.
