Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) Regulations 2004 so as carry into effect in Ireland an amendment to Directive 2000/29/EC as regards the removal from Annex I to that Directive of Diabrotica virgifera virgifera Le Conte as a harmful organism made by Commission Implementing Directive 2014/19/EU.
