European Communities (Equine Stud-Book and Competition) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 530 of 2007).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Equine Stud-Book and Competition) Regulations: in regulation 2 with respect to definitions of “authorized officer”, “premises”, “sell” and “supply”; in regulation 6 with respect to handling of horses and identification documents; in regulation 12 with respect to appointment of authorized officers; and by inserting a new regulation on the powers of authorized officers such as search of premises and vessels and seizure of horses.
