Abstract
These Regulations concern compositional, labelling, marketing and informational requirements for infant formulae and follow-on formulae intended for infants and young children and give effect to Commission Directive 2006/141/EC. They concern both infant formulae and follow-on formulae intended to be placed on the market in a Member State and for exportation to Third Countries.
