European Communities (Marketing of Compound Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 171 of 2001).

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations 1999 to 2000, so as to give effect to Council Directive 2000/16/EC. The definition "place on the market" is replaced by the definition "putting into circulation" or "circulation". The amendment of regulation 8 concerns specifications of a declaration referred to in Regulation 6 (1) (f) or Regulation 7 (1) (g) or a record under Regulation 11.
