Abstract
These Regulations amend the Food and Feed Hygiene Regulations 2009 and the European Communities (Food and Feed Hygiene) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 so as to give effect to provisions of Regulation (EC) No 767/2009 of the European Parliament and the Council, which updates and replaces existing legislation on the marketing and use of feed and amendments to Annex 1 of Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and the Council, as regards specified substances.
