European Communities (Marketing of Fertilisers) Regulations, 1989.

The Regulations implement the provisions of Council Directive 88/183/EEC which lays down criteria with which fluid fertilizers marketed under the designation "EEC fertilizer" must comply. Regulation 4 (1) of the principal Regulations is amended by the insertion of a subparagraph which provides that in case the fertilizer is a fluid fertilizer, suitable directions are provided, covering in particular storage temperature and prevention of accidents during storage.
