Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Marketing of Fruit Plant Propagating Material) Regulations 2011 to update existing Legislation with regard to the minimum quality standards and controls on the marketing within the European Union of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production.
