Abstract
These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2020/177 by amending Council Directive 2008/90/EC as it relates to inspections for Union regulated non-quarantine pests (RNQPs) and measures intended to prevent their presence on fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for planting.
