Abstract
These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2020/177 which amend the Directive as they relate to inspections for Union regulated non-quarantine pests (RNQPs) and measures intended to prevent their presence on vegetable propagating and planting material other than seed for planting.
