Abstract
These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/990 as they apply to Council Directive 2008/72/EC on the marketing of vegetable propagating and planting material, other than seed by updating the listing of scientific name of the species contained in Annex I and Annex II.
