European Communities (Milk Quota) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 90 of 2013).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Milk Quota) Regulations 2008 by: substituting for regulations 3, 9(1), and regulation 41(1) new regulations and deleting regulation 17(2). The amendments concern, among other things, restrictions on the sale or supply of milk by producers, conditions for the lease of land with a milk quota attached to it and powers of the Minister to make detailed rules.
