Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Notification of Small Hive Beetle and Tropilaelaps Mite) Regulations 2009 by substituting the definition of Council Directives and in regulation 3 concerning notification to the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine of an infestation or a suspected infestation of American foulbrood, small hive beetle or Tropilaelaps mite. The Regulations also add two new regulations on compliance with articles 4 and 8 of Council Directive 92/65/EEC regarding importation and placing on the market of bees.
