European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) (Amendment) Regulations, 2004 (S.I. No. 120 of 2004).

These Regulations amend existing regulations on the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on fruit and vegetables. They are amended in regulation 2 (1) by substituting for the definition “Directive” a new definition.
