European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) (Brown Rot in Egypt) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 211 of 2012).

These Regulations revise emergency phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. as regards potatoes from Egypt. Measures include prohibition of introduction a harmful organism into Ireland; restriction on the introduction of tubers; and inspection and enforcement by authorised officers.
