European Communities (Potato Cyst Nematodes) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 359 of 2011).

These Regulations provide measures for the control of potato cyst nematodes affecting potatoes.
They prohibit the introduction or having in possession of material containing potato cyst nematodes without prior approval of the Minister. Other provisions concern, among other things, demarcation of affected fields, restrictions on planting in demarcated fields, the control of contaminated seed potatoes, appointment of authorized officers and powers of such officers.
