European Communities (Seed Potatoes) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 710 of 2005).

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations by adding a new section on the power of the Minister to set fees, payable to him or her, for the testing and certification of seed potatoes and for the sampling and analysis of the soil in which the crops are to be grown.
