European Communities (Seed Potatoes) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 694 of 2007).

These Regulations carry into effect provisions of Council Directive 2002/56/EC. A reference made in the European Communities (Seed Potatoes) Regulations 1980 (S.I. No. 343 of 1980) to a Directive repealed by Article 29 of Council Directive No. 2002/56/EC (which consolidated the repealed Directive) is construed as a reference to the consolidated Directive and should be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex V to the Consolidated Directive.
