European Communities (Water Policy) (Amendment) Regulations, 2008 (S.I. No. 219 of 2008).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Water Policy) Regulations, 2003 in relation to deadlines for the publication of (draft) programmes of measures and (draft) river basin management plans and to establish environmental objectives. The Regulations also concern some other deadlines and periods for reports and programmes.
