European Communities(Pesticide Residues) (Products of Plant Origin, including Fruit and Vegetables) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1998.

These Regulations amend existing Regulations by extending the scope of the Regulations fixing maximum residue levels in Products of Plant Origin, including Fruit and Vegetables to include dried and/or processed products and composite foodstuffs and provide for the fixing of temporary maximum residue levels for certain pesticide/product combinations where harmonised maximum residue levels have not been fixed for products from other Member States.
