Abstract
These Regulations amend the Cereal Seed) Regulations 2013 so as to carry into effect Commission Implementing Decision 2014/150/EU and to remove the arrest and detention provisions in those Regulations (deletion of paragraphs (9) and (10) of regulation 21).
