Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Union (Common Fisheries Policy) (Landing Obligation) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 83 of 2015) to refer to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1393/2014 of 20 October 2014 as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/190 regarding discard requirements for certain pelagic fisheries in North-Western waters. The amendment requires that a master of a sea fishing boat shall comply with the de minimis rules set out in Article 3a of the Commission Regulation (De minimis exemptions in the years 2018, 2019 and 2020).
