Abstract
This instrument implements the Landing Obligation contained in Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the Common Fisheries Policy Regulation) in respect of Demersal Fisheries in North Western Waters which is given effect by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2438. The master of a sea fishing boat which appears on any list of vessels provided for under Article 4 of the Commission Regulation shall comply with Articles 15(1), (4), (8), (11) and (12) of the Council Regulation in respect of North Western waters and may not discard catches other than in accordance with Article 2 or Article 3 of the Commission Regulation.
