Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Union (Plastics and other materials) (Contact with food) Regulations 2017 to take account of developments at EU level. Amendments are made to Regulations 4 and 13 and concern offences against these Regulations (manufacture, import etc. that does not comply with them) and Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 (the"Framework Regulation").
