Abstract
These Regulations amend the Waste Management (Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2012 in order to give effect to the provisions of the various Commission Delegated Directives concerning exemptions of specified substances in specified instruments.
