European Union (Ship Inspection and Survey Organisations) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 140 of 2015).

These Regulations give effect in Ireland to Community legislation relative to authorization and operation of ship inspection and survey organizations, i.e. Commission Implementing Directive 2014/111/EU amending Directive 2009/15/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on common rules and standards for ship inspection and survey organisations and for the relevant activities of maritime administrations and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1355/2014 amending Regulation (EC) No. 391/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of on common rules and standards for ship inspection and survey organisations.
