Abstract
These Regulations prescribe the format of the instrument of appointment of authorized persons under section 31(2) of the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 for the purposes of Part XVIII of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act 1959. Section 32 amends sections 292 and 293 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act 1959.
