Abstract
These Regulations prohibit the having on board by Irish fishing boats in the "specified area" i.e. the parts of the sea described in the Annex to the Communication and therein referred to as ICES Sub-area VI and Sub-area VII of so-called "V notch lobster" or a mutilated lobster.
They also prohibit the use of an Irish sea-fishing boat for the landing or transhipment of lobsters to which these Regulations apply taken in the specified area and the displaying, sale, offering for sale or storing for the purposes of selling any lobster to which these Regulations apply. Such lobsters shall be returned alive to the sea.
