Mussel Seed (Prohibition on fishing) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 789 of 2007).

These Regulations prohibit, in the framework of mussel seed management and conservation: (a) fishing for or attempting to fish for mussel seed or permitting another person to fish for or attempt to fish for mussel seed within the exclusive fishery limits of the State; (b) buying, handling, weighing, transhipping, transporting, landing, processing, storing or selling of mussel seed that has been caught or harvested in contravention these Regulations.
