Abstract
These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 737/2012 as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/741 of setting out the technical specifications for certain fishing gear in order to protect fish Stocks in the Celtic Sea. They require the master of: (a) an Irish sea-fishing boat wherever it may be, or (b) a sea-fishing boat in the exclusive fishing limits of the State, to comply with the Celtic Sea Technical Measures Regulation.
