Abstract
These Regulations amend the Sea-Fisheries (Community Control System) Regulations 2012 so as to give effect to the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 811/2004, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 404/2011 and Council Regulation (EC) No. 1342/2008 which requires that landings of Hake or Cod of two tonnes or more be landed in designated ports.
