Abstract
These Regulations amend the Sea-Fisheries (Community Control System) Regulations 2012 in: regulation 4 with respect to the Marine Survey Office being the competent authority; regulation 7 with respect to compliance of a buyer with Community legislation; the Schedule, which lists designated ports in Ireland for the purposes of Article 43(4) of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1224/2009 and Article 79 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 404/2011 (ports designated for the landing of pelagic species and stocks subject to a multi-annual plan).
