Abstract
The provisions of the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2056/2001 containing measures for the recovery of the stocks of cod in so far as they relate to Ireland, including its exclusive fishery limits, are prescribed and adopted by this Order and accordingly any infringement of the Commission Regulation within the prescribed limits after the commencement of this Order, shall be an infringement of this Order.
