Abstract
These Regulations amend the Sea-Fisheries (Conservation and Rational Exploitation of Deep-Sea Species) Regulations 2006 in the definition of "Council Regulation: ‘Council Regulation’ means Council Regulation (EC) No 2347/2002 of 16 December 20022 (as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 2269/2004 of 20 December 2004 and Regulation (EU) 2015/812 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015) and Commission Regulation (EC) No 876/2003 of 21 May 2003.
