Sea-Fisheries (Control of Catches) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 52 of 2010).

These Regulations carry into effect provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 23/2010 fixing for 2010 the fishing opportunities and associated conditions for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks applicable in Community waters and, for Community vessels, in waters where catch limitations are required. They prohibit contravention within Irish fishery limits or by Irish fishing boats of Community legislation on the fishing and landing of cod.
