These Regulations: regulate razor clam fishery in the areas specified in regulation 3 with respect to such matters as minimum size of clams to be fished, maximum number of fishing days per week and maximum weekly amount to be fished per vessel; and prohibit altogether fishing for, landing, transhipment or having on board a sea-fishing boat razor clams taken in the specified area after a specified date.
