Abstract
These Regulations implement the Landing Obligation contained in Article 15 of the Common Fisheries Policy Regulation 1380/2013 in respect of Demersal Fisheries in North Western Waters which is given effect by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/2375. The master of a sea fishing boat which appears on any list of vessels provided for under Article 4 of the Commission Regulation shall comply with Article 15(1), (4), (8), (11) and (12) of the Council Regulation in respect of North Western waters.

These Regulations cease to have effect on 31 December 2018. They repeal the Sea Fisheries (North Western Waters Landing Obligation) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 8 of 2016).
