Abstract
These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Council Regulation (EU) No 1367/2014 fixing for 2015 and 2016 the annual fishing opportunities available to Community fishing vessels for stocks of deep-sea species in Community waters and in certain non-Community waters where catch limitations are required, and the specific conditions under which such fishing opportunities may be used. The master of: (a) an Irish sea-fishing boat wherever it may be, or (b) a sea-fishing boat in the exclusive fishing limits of the State shall comply with the requirement imposed by the Community Regulation in respect of fishing vessels and masters of such vessels.
