Waste Management (Collection Permit) (Amendment) Regulations, 2001 (S.I. 540 of 2001).

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations to the effect that 30 June 2002 is the prescribed date for the application of the waste collection permit system provided for under section 34 of the Waste Management Act, 1996 in respect of the collection of animal and poultry slurries and septic tank sludge.
