Abstract
These Regulations amend the Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme Regulations 2013 in regulation 25 by substituting for paragraph (k) a new paragraph. Regulation 25 lists provisions, the contravention of, or the failure to comply with, is a penal offence.
