Abstract
This Law provides for the establishment of an "Agricultural Control Authority". The Law is divided into four chapters. Chapter Two provides for the exercise of control as to offences under the Agricultural Boards Enactments and the Agricultural Enactments (sects. 2-8). Section 9 establishes the way activities should be held such as the Board's meeting once a month. Sections 11 and 12 provide for functions and powers of the Board. Chapter Two also provides for general organizational matters, such as budget and monies. Chapter Three establishes provisions concerning powers of control: appointment of controllers, powers of inspector, information to be delivered to inspectors (sects. 19 to 21). In the Fourth Chapter, miscellaneous provisions are taken, such as the Authority's duty to have the status of the State for the purposes of compulsory payments in general (sect. 24), the employees status for the purposes of specific enactments (sect. 25).
