Agricultural Control Authority Regulations (Agricultural Control Financing Procedures), 1991.

This Regulation, composed of three sections, gives definitions and makes provisions to guaranty the financing of agricultural control operations. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 provides for Control Fees to be paid to the Authority per work hours. The work hour rate shall be updated on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October of each year. Section 3 establishes administrative procedures.
