This Regulation, composed of 7 sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for the importation of beehive products to Israel. Section 1 gives definitions. Beehive products are defined as: Pollen, Royal Jelly and Propolis. A license must be requested at least ten days before departure date from origin port and taxes must be paid. Authorization may be denied by the director. Sections 3-5 deal with health controls to be operated upon shipment arrival. The director may authorize and release a shipment even if shipment is not approved by the inspecting veterinarian doctor.
