Abstract
These Regulations establish the duty to see to vaccination of fowls and poultry against Newcastle Disease (section 1(a)). Pursuant to section 2 it is a vaccinator duty to register detailed information about vaccination. Section 3 prescribes that any person having knowledge of any infected carcass shall give immediate notice to the Veterinary Officer. No infected animal or carcass shall be transferred except with a written permit from the Authority (section 3). Pursuant to section 4, the Authority is entitled to take any necessary measure to combat the disease. The Veterinary Officer shall give notice of the infected place to any concerned person, (owner or person in possession of that place) and take measures about the infection (section 5). Sections 6 to 8 establish terms of application of any necessary provision.
