Abstract
These Regulations empower the State Veterinary Officer to issue a certificate regarding vaccinations, tests, identification marks, inspection and handling of animals for which a fee shall be charged (sects. 1 and 2) under specified exceptions.

These Regulations shall enter into force at the tenth day after publication.
Notes
The Animal Diseases Regulations (Veterinary Certificate), 1959, are hereby cancelled. These Regulations have been amended on December 26, 1976, on February 22, 1976 and on October 3, 1976.
