Abstract
These Regulations are divided into three chapters. Chapter One establishes general definitions. Chapter Two provides for the establishment of any waste plant, which has to be granted a licence by the Authority. This chapter also provides for veterinary supervision, (sects. 2 to 10), sanitary conditions (sect. 10), workers employment (sect. 11) and cessation of operation of the waste plant (sect. 12). The appointment of a veterinarian as a supervisor of the waste plant activities is required (sect. 13). Chapter Three provides for destruction of waste, including provisions concerning any dead animal in possession of any person, destruction of dead animals, prohibition of exhumation of animals and prohibition of sale of animal carcasses (sects. 14-19).
